Manhattan Hotels with Hot Tubs

"Gym, pool, and hot tub were not usable"

"When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable. Ample parking available."

" The awesome desk clerks, Dawn and Gabby, were funny and helpful. They helped find my rewards number. Our room was clean and large. The water temperature was interesting. It was lukewarm at best when we checked in and a bit warmer in the morning but never was hot. The water pressure was OK. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of items that were all good and hot. "

" Bed was comfortable, staff at the checkin was very pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was fine. Room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was very limited. No yogurt, no butter, no juice! We were told the truck had not arrived. The bacon, sausages, peppers and scrambled eggs were all served in the same greasy skillet. No biscuits for the sausage gravy. "

"No one picked up trash or bright towels. I was told they would do were on the list at the front desk. The night before departure I had to go to the desk to ask."

"I went to my room to get settled and found that there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom, so I went to the front desk and asked. They could not believe and went to my room to see. I was right, no hair dryer. They gave me one but a bit awkward as it was to hang on the wall. I was able to use it. The room was fridged and I had to turn the air down and the temp up in the room. The best part was the breakfast in the morning. Very nice stay."
