"I absolutely loved staying here!! I also got an unexpected surprise from the staff at check in when they found out it was my birthday the day before and they all sang happy birthday to me and gave me a slice of cake, so thoughtful. The place is amazing, the views are perfect, exactly like what is shown. I stayed on river view and it’s a must when staying here. Sri and Desak were so sweet, warm and welcoming!! The whole staff is the absolute best! It’s also close to the Ubud market center and they offer shuttle services. When I come back to Ubud, which I hope is again in the near future, I will definitely be staying here. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! "This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were amazing, breakfast was delicious with a vast selection and in a very scenic setting overlooking the jungle. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. This hotel is pure luxury and truly authentic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback. Just be aware that there is a lot of stairs so not good if you have walking issues."

"I had an amazing stay at the Ubud Bali Villa Hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met—always welcoming and attentive. The service truly stood out, especially how they kindly handled our luggage both upon arrival and when returning to the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and presentation. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud."

" The villa does not look like the pictures at all. It feels very old and has a noticeable smell. Even the bedsheets seem worn and not well-maintained. The pool light wasn’t working, which made it unusable at night. There were also a lot of ants and flies throughout the property. The food was horrible and not up to standard. Overall, the condition, cleanliness, and services were far below expectations."

"Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. The room was kept up pretty good. You are in the jungle and small encounters with small animals is possible. We only saw 2 dragonflies but noting bad. Overall great vacation spot for Americans. "
