"We stayed here our last night in Tokyo before flying back to US. It was super convenient being at the airport already. They were able to store our luggage after we checked out until it was time to check in for our flight. There were many food options and also several places to shop (including 24 hour Lawson’s!). There was a piano open for play and also a rickshaw you could ride around if interested. We managed to keep ourselves entertained for 6 hours before our flight."

"Good location near the airport, can also get to Yokohama easily. Convenient hourly shuttle to Haneda. Onsen bath for both genders offered. No vegetarian options for breakfast was annoying though."

"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"I only stayed one night, but enjoyed the stay and had no issues. Super convenient as its connected to Haneda terminal 3 departure counters. Kioks for easy check in and checkout. They had my luggage delivered to my room which was really nice. Room was a bit small but perfect for one person. Good breakfast. Will stay again."

"We had 2 adjacent rooms with a divider that can open or close so it worked out for us because we get 4 beds and 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Location is pretty central with about 10-15 minutes walk to shopping area and train station. Area is close enough to dining options and of course multiple Family Mart, 7-11, and Lawson along the way. Rooms are clean and quiet. "

"Exactly what you would expect of an airport hotel. We arrived late and left early so didn’t use any other amenities but the room was clean and beds comfortable. "
