Room maids do a fantastic job and are so helpful. Good sized rooms and a wide choice at breakfast. The date of the Man Utd game change and Hotel Football was sold out for Mon 27th April before we could add a night. Shame as we would loved to have stayed the night of the game. Breakfast was good, buffet style. But no real choice. Only full English, (bacon eggs etc.) or if you are up real early, Continental. But that finished by 7:00 am.

a&o Manchester City Centre
Slow and annoying check in process - not user friendly. They need to improve that because almost 10mins to check in through a slow online questionnaire platform isnt great. The hotel is a maze.. with a lack of signage. No kettle or even hairdryer which are basics! Good location.
