Hotel in good situation easy walking to city centre and transport links, parked my car for 3 nights in( Q park on first st nice car park felt really secure recommended only 5 min walk to hotel ). hotel clean and tidy staff very helpful, good English cooked breakfast lots of it, my room was clean and tidy nice bathroom, 25 min walk to AO arena, would stay again.

I was so happy with this hotel. I booked a “budget” hotel so wasn’t expecting too much, but this honestly surpassed my expectations. The whole hotel was clean, rooms were a great size, the complimentary breakfast was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. I definitely would return!

Hotel was in a good location but the website states parking is Onsite. This is not the case - it is in a Europarks Car Park a few minutes walk away.

The location of the property was very convenient for my trip. excellent cleanliness of the room which was 205.Though the en suite sink was missing its plug and one of the bedside lamps didnt work.. reported to reception on checking out. Excellent choices for breakfast with the facility to take out if required. Would use the facility again

very clean. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a bit noisy on Saturday night outside as the noise does come in quite a bit.

Only a 3 min walk from the nearest train station, rooms were a good size however only a standard double bed and no king size. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and hot option was available.

The room may have been vacant for several days before my stay as there was a damp smell and some dust/debris in places. Other than that the stay was comfortable.

Ok Stay
Room - Smelt very bad, had a horrible stagnant smell when you walk in and this didn’t go away, sick was block and the aircon didn’t work probably. breakfast - buffet style, bacon was dry hash browns under cooked, rest was all fine and a ok selection. Staff - very friendly, changed the room for us after mentioning the issues with the original room.

Staff friendly when checking in. You do need a card for them to take a deposit which we did have but often we only use our Apple Pay which you couldn’t use. Hotel easily walkable to the academy or the centre. Car park was a short walk away and easy to find, it did look like it got busy. There was a poster explaining the busy times at breakfast and it was a struggle to get a table after 8.30pm.

Comfy stay for a solo festival go-er.
Stayed here and attended a local music festival in Deansgate. Was a very comfy hotel and brekka was delicious. A great little hotel for one and will come back.

Could see bleach stains on the floor. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillow case was stained. The cards for the doors didn’t work and had to wait for someone to come and open them.

we arrived and they taken us to a dirty room, then when we had been given a new room the key only worked once. we had to go down and get them fixed multiple times. then they took our keys off us as the keys completely stopped working so we had to get escorted to the room every time to get into it however they didn’t give us a key for the lights so we were sat in darkness for a whole day. they then told us breakfast finishes at 12 and we come down at 11 and they then have no food out and have packed everything away and they said that breakfast finishes at 10. some staff were helpful however some staff were very rude and judgemental and is not appreciated. we would like a full refund as our experience has been very poor

OK stay but not ideal
Hotel is fairly central so easy to find. Fairly good rooms. Issues are the public carpark is a fair walk especially if you have a number of bags or heavy bags. The reception is in the basement so when lists are busy or not working then can be an issue

Disappointing...The room was cold temperature only goes to 19.5 degrees but still felt really cold (January). When using the shower the bathroom gets flooded and doesn't drain away which is a huge health and safety' hazard. Breakfast was mediocre,hash browns were the worst ive ever had,they seemed reheated definitely not fresh or very poor quality same with the sausages,it was an offputting experience. Car parking was misleading as its offsite in a eurocar park approximately 5 minutes walk and still have to pay extra. We definitely wont be returning.The staff were polite and professional.
