We have visited this hotel quite alot of times! I would not go anywhere else other than here, nice , clean lovely staff always wanting to help! The hotel is round the corner from print works, arndale and is reasonably priced! I will definitely be returning again.
Front of house were extremely rude and blunt. Manager on the other hand was brilliant. Room was dusty. Lighting was absolutely poor, all mood lighting. Barely any natural light.
Great hotel BUT just 2 issues: there is a building site right nextdoor - so be aware that building works are NOISY and start early in the morning. Also - I've never stayed in such a dark room. With all the lights on and the curtains open (in the day!) I still could barely see. Needs at least one light that actually lights the room!
