Britannia Hotel Manchester
No hot water in the bathroom taps during my stay. Managed to have shower 2nd morning, but completely cold water last morning. Had to do a strip wash in cold water. Very poor experience I reported it, and was offered a shower elsewhere, but i needed to get to work.

Staff very helpful, check in smooth, room great with plenty of teas and nesspresso coffees, at breakfast food was good the fresh coffee machine was working intermittently with staff trying to sort it every few minutes , so good effort all round and check out smooth. a&o Manchester City Centre
Slow and annoying check in process - not user friendly. They need to improve that because almost 10mins to check in through a slow online questionnaire platform isnt great. The hotel is a maze.. with a lack of signage. No kettle or even hairdryer which are basics! Good location.
