"The property is undergoing renovations at the moment and the in-house restaurant is not available. We didn’t know this until check-in. The room was road facing/frontage, and traffic noise was ample. No lift/elevator available. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend. "

"What a joy it was to arrive at this place and be warmly welcomed by a lovely young French lady Agnes. We were ushered to our upgraded accommodation which was toasty warm! These new chalets are just completed and so everything is brand new! The king sized bed was super comfy with extra blankets provided. The shower is sublime! Plenty of piping hot water to warm you up after a day on the snow fields! We had delicious hot breakfasts served on gorgeous china….coffee served in silver coffee pots! It is such a charming place, complete with a playful cat Lucky! My granddaughter was smitten!! Thoroughly recommend ~ excellent service & value for money! Thank you Louis and staff!"
