There attention to detail,excellent service,family oriented the pool was maintained very well. I've lived in Nicaragua for 6 years. By far one of the best hotels. The owner was very nice and always greeted us.

This property was conveniently located. 24 hour access with security and staff available. Provided safe, gated parking. Helped facilitate my car rental and helped us get a discounted rate. The accommodations were comfortable and the pricing was the best in the area for the level of quality we received. We will stay here again on our next visit to Nicaragua, from the U.S.

I would not recommend this place if you care about being in a quiet place, they do play music all day from 8 am till around 11 pm, and the room looks nothing like the pictures, I tolerated staying there for 1 night even tho I booked 2 nights, they even forgot about my breakfast and I had to remind them twice.

My most terrible experience at this Hotel, at the time to sleep, other costumer from Venezuela (kids betwen 14 to 18 years old) star running , jumping, screaming all around the Hotel every nigth, and no buddy from the personal at the Hotel quiet those people,

Awful place

Terrible place, to begin with they did not have the reservation, they assigned us a room with cabins, without hot water, without soap, the next day they would change us but they did not do it, they did not clean the room, we demanded a refund and they gave us two rooms without soap and without hot water. We do not recommend it in the least

They stole my money. They didn't give me the room I had booked because the hotel already had it full for a group and they didn't give me back the money either. They didn't solve anything and the only thing they said is that I was shipping. I had to refund my money. They're just throwing a ball so as not to reimburse the money. Definitely, everything is very bad. I don't recommend that place or shipped either. Me robaron mi dinero no me dieron el cuarto que había reservado por qué el hotel ya lo tenían lleno por un grupo y tampoco me regresaron el dinero no me solucionaron nada y lo único que dijeron es que expedía tenía que reembolsar mi dinero solo son tirarse bolita para no reembolsar el dinero definitivamente que todo muy mal no recomiendo ese lugar ni tampoco expedía

El hotel es limpio y la instalaciones bien. En mi opinión el no tener agua caliente es Fatal! Y no me lo esperaba. El desayuno normal. Café no me lo pude tomar. Aunque el hotel está bien y tiene parqueo los alrededores no son seguros y casi no hay nada alrededor para comprar cosas y nada de comer. Solo el restaurante del hotel que la verdad está aceptable. Lo FATAL FATAL fue que hubo un quince años y literalmente fue en el área de restaurante y parqueo, tuve que pedir que movieran una mesa para poder salir y al regresar tuve que dejar el carro afuera hasta medianoche que finalizó la actividad. Y la música fue aTODO volumen al lado del cuarto a tal grado que ni siquiera podía escuchar el televisor. Y fueron muchas horas excepto el rato que salí en la noche para cenar con mi hijo. Básicamente la bulla y el agua fría son suficiente para buscar otra opción, aunque estuviera limpio y en buen estado.
