"I had stayed at Socialtel when it was a Selena property 3 years ago. They maintained offering programming which is great. Seems to be a lower season so it wasn’t very busy. Most staff were pleasant. Room was darker than I expected but it had what we needed for a one night stay. "

"The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place."

"We ended up leaving for a different hotel. We were placed right near a wedding party despite them knowing we had a 5am international flight. I requested to be moved in which they obliged but our rooms were dirty with marks all over the wall and bugs crawling. The ac didn’t work in one of the rooms and the internet didn’t work in either room. The smaller pool that was located near our first rooms was cloudy and dirty. It’s convenient given that it’s right across the street from the airport but I’d rather stay in a hotel 20 minutes away with clean facilities and working ac / internet."
