As advertised, the staff is exemplary! All you need to do is ask and a member of the staff will fulfill your request quickly. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea ...

Mauna Lani Point
We have stayed at the destination twice and it is quiet and relaxing. The condos vary in quality so I tecomm nd calling the managing co Is y if you want a particular standard, rely remodeled, etc.
