"Love this resort. Great amenities…breakfast buffet, chill lobby area, clean, new, helpful valet, close proximity to the village and brewery to walk, helpful staff, quiet rooms, modern vibe!"
"Good location and cozy vibe. There's no staff on site, which isn't a big deal. However it's lacking a lot: No bedside tables or even a little shelf, so you have to get up and go over to the refrigerator for things like water or your phone. Also there was no soap for hand washing or for washing the dishes. They asked you to wash the dishes but all you can do is just rinse them off in the bathroom sink or use shampoo for soap. There was also no hair dryer which I didn't think about checking on ahead of time. We went to the store to buy one. I think a tiny travel hair dryer would be really handy and cheap. There were two of us and only one washcloth and one hand towel; it would be nice to have at least two. It could be helpful to have some local information about restaurants, transportation, and services. Finally a couple of extra pillows would be nice. Most people sleep with two. This could be a great little place to stay with a few thoughtful amenities and conveniences."
"Amazing prices and great location right next to Grocery Outlet and the main road in Mammoth. Hotel is a little older but the rooms are huge and cleaned well. Free Breakfast is great, basic but you have all that you need. No facilities to speak of but a great stay nonetheless."
"We had a 3 night stay, the room was clean but the hallways were dirty and smelled like a combination of food and wet carpet.
The room had a completely broken window screen. We asked for a different room but they did not have one available so i borrowed tape from the front desk and taped it off. The second day the handyman was fixing something in another room at around 11 and turned off the water completely leaving my husband in the shower with soap on for 20 minutes. We called the front desk but no one answered .I had to go down and ask what is happening and why no one tells the people who are staying there. We will probably never stay there again , its the weakest Best Western we have ever been to:( The staff at the front desk was nice just seemed unaware of events such as main water turn off happening."
"This is definitely a “no frills “ property.
But decent value for money. The man running it was very nice and friendly.
This was just an overnight on a longer road trip. It was clean enough. Quiet and convenient."
