Rooms need some maintenance, nothing major just some touching up, i.e. a little lizard got in when no doors are open so must be some openings that need fixing.
All in all its well worth the cost and i would stay there again as everything is 10-15 away even the current airport as they build a new international airport as thos country is on the rise rapidly"

"Overall a good stay at the OMX. A few drawbacks; one the walls are thin and we can hear everything. It was difficult for us to fall asleep at night because there was always someone talking on the phone outside, and we could hear the alarm clock from the room next door in the morning. Also, you need to ask for the water heater to be turned on. If you don’t, there will be hardly any hot water. "
