"We had a lovely stay at Hotel du Vin. It’s in a good location and walkable to city centre in 12-15 mins. A big bonus is the car park though it is charged at £15 per night, that is reasonable for York. We upgraded to the suite on the top floor and it was spacious and comfortable. The roll top bath was a treat and the shower was enormous! The evening meal was good and priced reasonable. Breakfast was also good and service excellent. We would definitely return if we visit York again."
