"Staff are warm but room not satisfied, bathroom is very small and ac control is not good and for the same cost we need to get 2 washrooms and one living room also but we got only one room I feel it is expensive."

"The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous but still undergoing some enhacements in landscaping, etc. that causes to put a little bit of a damper in privacy during stay. But the staff was very helpful, especially the restaurant staff, starting from their Executive Chef Siva who was very helpful in recommending food and customizing as needed, alongwith all his wait staff. All in all a great stay, and once the palce is fully done will be a one-of-a-kind in the coastal karnatake region."
