"We were at this property for 3 days. This hotel has an excellent position in the city for access to the metro and the train over to Denmark. The staff was multilingual, very friendly, and kind. Rooms are as advertised: efficient, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure and heating were superb. Concierge desk and lobby bar staff were very nice and laid back. For those traveling from the States who may be unfamiliar with this chain or uncertain if it is a good pick, the rooms and experience overall are very good (don't expect to be waited on hand and foot). Kindly asking for what you need or want to know will result in a beautiful experience overall. Great stay, lovely people in this community, and yes - we would stay here again."
