"Did the job. Self check-in (although staff are there, so don't worry about that), 15 floors but 3 lifts, room wasn't how it looks in pics, was expecting a brighter and more modern design but it was very basic. Nice to have TV in room, lots of different light options, bed was nothing to shout about but alright, shower was also not great hut did the job. Shower confused me at first as couldn't see where to turn it on - you have to twist the other knob at the sink and then turn the tap on, and the water will come out of the shower instead of the tap. Kitchen water was warm, not sure if I was meant to drink it but I didn't die so guess it was OK 😁"

"The lights in the room where flickering, the breakfast buffet was very messy and we had to pay extra for storing our luggage for a couple of hours. Also in the room there was no shoe horn and a towel was missing."

"The Wake Up cabinn Bernstorffsgade was a perfect stay! The hotel location was perfect as per the description. Near Tivoli Gardens, the center metro station, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek art museum. All within a 5-10 min walk. I highly recommend this location for your travel stay."
