This hotel is very close to all things that a tourist would want to visit. It's a 5 minute walk to the Castle and central station. There is a mall and other shops around. Easy access to busses. The area has many good options near by. The staff are soooo helpful! The only downside is the hotel is very dark and seems older in the halls and rooms. My room was very dusty!

Great location within easy walking distance of the train station, bike rentals and Opera house. Staff were polite and friendly and informative. Breakfast was superb, very fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and very wide choice of both traditional and continental foods

Cold room and unable to regulate temperature. Breakfast resevartion did not work even though it was included in the price, so no breakfast. Cleaning staff disturbing several times hours before check out almost harrasing one to leave. One star for the smiling reception worker, that’s it.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was outstanding and good value for money. Very quiet area but quick walk to central station and other areas of interest. Also close to food markets if required. Would totally return if ever back in Malmö
