Good location with cafes around

Convenient location with shopping mall next to it. cafes and supermarket within walking distance. Fast food restaurants in close proximity. Buffet breakfsst spread is good and service were friendly.

In need of an update. Rooms were a little smelly and smoky and there was an open drain next to the toilet which emitted a bad smell too.

Common areas were nice, breakfast was really good, but the room itself was not. The bed was not comfortable at all and the bathroom/shower did not match the quality standard of the common areas

It’s convenient for the Opera

It was ok but I was waiting at least for a congratulations on my birthday, not even mentioned… and other hotels even a present have given me. It was my65 birthday and my husband took me to the musical. Very conviniéndole to be close to the Opera. Time to check in 4pm if you’d out earlier there is a 200 Kr fee

Very bad

This hotel is bad, people work here are rude, do not know hospitality, not cooperative. Very bad breakfast packing, do not listen about food restrictions, overall very bad experience.

It was alright

Was ok for what I needed - a ond night stay for business. There wa rubbish in the bin when i arrived and i had a room adapted for disabled- even though I didnt require it - so no bathtub. Strange

Cons: Bed is not very comfortable : a small hump in the middle forcing one to sleep on the edge. Bathroom wall has mold/mildew on it. No mini fridge. Restaurant menu average No welcome water Pros: Very conveniently located Very friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast, although bacon and veggies are barely warm. They made me fried eggs - Thank you.

Loved the hotel and food. The location was awesome and walkable. Loved the architecture. The best tuna tartar ever. Only downfall was the hot tub was out of service, but they did upgrade my room. Price was fair. We lived it and would stay again.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Leider war die Sauberkeit auf unserem Hotelzimmer nicht gut. Es waren viele fremde Haare auf dem Teppichboden und im Badezimmer. Zudem war der Teppichboden voller Flecken. Das Frühstück war aber super und vollkommen ausreichend.

Positiv: + Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel und ausreichend Parkplätzen + Freundlicher Empfang + Familienzimmer ist groß und hell, das Beistellbett relativ bequem + Die Betten sind breit, aber man spürt jede Bewegung des Partners + Das Frühstück ist gut aber … siehe “negativ” + Der Fitness- und Wellnessbereich liegt in der 20. Etage mit tollem Ausblick und guter Ausstattung ---------- Negativ: - Man muss abends die gewünschte Frühstückszeit buchen (!) und hat dann beim Frühstück nur 45 Minuten zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich darf man, je nach Anzahl der Personen, nur an bestimmten Tischen frühstücken. Es stehen Schilder mit “nur für 4-6 Personen" etc. auf den Tischen. Trotz Zeitbuchung um 6:30 Uhr war das Frühstück nicht fertig!!! Es musste noch vieles aufs Buffet gestellt werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ging bis zum Ende unseres Frühstücks nicht! Bei dem Preis eine echte Frechheit! Jeder, der die Zeit um 6:30 Uhr bucht, hat es eilig. Wir mussten pünktlich an der Fähre sein. Da ist jede Verzögerung ein großes Ärgernis! - Parken im Parkhaus unter dem Hotel kostet 20 € für 24 Stunden. - Duschbadewanne - einer von 3 Aufzügen war wäihrend unseres ganzen Aufenthalts defekt. - 2 Tage lang lag Papiermüll auf dem Boden vor dem Aufzug in der 11. Etage ------- Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Hotellet har tyvärr sänkt sin standard avsevärt (vi bodde här senast 2022). Det finns inget kylskåp på rummet. Inte ett enda glas på rummet utan detta fick vi hämta från restaurangen i lobbyn. Inget kaffe ingick utan kunde köpas i lobbyn för 30 kr/kopp eller läggas till som ett paket för 100 kr. Frukosten var okej i utbud med tyvärr var det alldeles för stojjigt med massa barn så man fick ingen vidare matro i matsalen, om man inte åt kl 7 på morgonen. Läget är centralt och bra nära till allt. Det är även bra ljudisolering, vi bad om rum långt ifrån hissar och bodde på våning 11. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vill man bara ha någonstans att sova i lugn och ro är hotellet bra, men för priset tycker vi att man kunde få ett glas till tandborsten och en gratis kopp kaffe. Vi kommer inte boka detta hotell igen tyvärr, finns bättre för samma pris.

Jättebra alltså men;

Lite äckligt tbh i badkaret och smuts i hålen i handfatet. Luktade något unket också. Hörde höga dunsar från grannrummet. Men personalen både rolig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var top notch! Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Ikke så godt som forventet til prisen

Det er for dårligt, at der ikke er elkedel på værelset - det forventede jeg, da vi tidligere har boet på et best western i Malmø hvor der både var kedel og kaffe/the og herudover mulighed for at hente gratis i foyeren. Herudover var der mega koldt på værelset, da aircondition ikke virkede. Kommer ikke igen da jeg kan få bedre ophold til en billigere pris.
