It was alright

Was ok for what I needed - a ond night stay for business. There wa rubbish in the bin when i arrived and i had a room adapted for disabled- even though I didnt require it - so no bathtub. Strange

Dålig service och information angående parkering stämde inte överens med det receptionisten sa. Att ta extra betalt för incheckning 1,5 timme tidigare än utsatt incheckningstid är bedrövligt. Varför? Då är det bättre att säga att rummet inte är klart. Skulle vi som kund då få pengarna tillbaka vid tidigare utcheckning? Aldrig varit med om denna typ av "merförsäljning" på ett hotell och det gynnar inte varumärket.
