During my overnight stay, I could not sleep because the room temperature was warm - I was gonna open the window but I was scared to break it. Also I wish you’ll inform the customers that shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion are not provided.

The only negative was that the spa wasn't open, but it was closed for renovations, so no fault of the hotel really. Fantastic place. Wonderful staff. Excellent food.

Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Copenhagen
The room was clean however they don’t use a top sheet in the bed and they don’t change the comforter for every visitor which means you are using the same bedding as the last visitor yak
