Staff attentative and friendly. Food was excellent. Wanted peace and relaxation for four days and that was exactly what we got. Can't fault it.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and so willing to help with your every need. The rooms are great and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The roof top area is brilliant with fantastic views. This was our 3rd visit and we’d happily come back time and time again.

Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious for a relaxed time. Staff are very nice & helpful. Just keep in mind that it’s in the middle of the forest, you’ll have alotta cockroaches in all sizes and one night there was a huge spider came in the casita was a bit scary.

Loved this hotel. We had a standard room which was up in the 'attic'; modern, clean and contemporary with a huge bed and very large bathroom with separate walk-in shower. We even had a view of the harbour through the skylight windows. The decor had a nautical edge to it and though neutral had a romantic and homely feel. Absolutely wonderful stay and in gorgeous setting. The staff are faultless and cannot do enough for you. Bikes on site to take for a ride and see the countryside Will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment, maybe a little small for a couple but travelling on my own so was perfect, fantastic staff and roof terrace made it special. Booked Junior suite (room 302) - large tv with soundbar, electric roller blind and lots of dimmable lighting.

Lovely welcome, really friendly staff.A well received complaintary glass of fizz on arrival. Comfortable beds , spacious bathroom clean room. Breakfast was good, again lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel and give complments to the staff for being so friendly and professional.

It's a crisp, clean modern hotel in a quiet location just seconds from a bustling promenade. The beach is great but if it's not for you grab your boots or bike and head for the mountains.

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. The hotel is situated in the centre of Palma but is also very quiet. It is a nice small hotel with only 14 rooms but they are just what you need. We were upgraded on our arrival and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have never known staff like it they were fantastic. The sauna and jacuzzi you hire out for an hour so you can have it to yourself which is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean, have a power shower and a good hair dryer. Set in extensive land near to Arta this brand new resort was fantastic the suite we stayed in was superb the staff amazing and friendly the buffet breakfast was a brilliant way to start the day before relaxation at the outdoor infinity pool with 360 degree views of mountains and sea with a bar and plenty of sun loungers. Stayed for a couple of nights and the hotel staff were friendly accomdatipn excellent and amenteies first class in such close to proximity to the old town and its restaurants bars and cultural attractions.

Friendly welcome, lovely modern hotel and very clean. Also very quiet, no traffic noise at night and didn’t hear other guests either. Would definately stay here again.
