"We really like the accommodation, although the room was small with not enough light facing the feng shui atrium, which was just wonderful. The toilets and bathroom were a little worn out and need refurbishing, but all small flows are fixed by great support by staff. The staff is very nice and goes an extra mile like e.g. when they prepared us breakfast bags when we went to our tour to mount Bromo overnight. They offered us very cheap laundry service that was done in less than 24 hours....

"Awful - room was dirty and full of insects and geckos, there were ants on the floor when we got to the room, cleaning up some old crumbs that hadn't been cleaned from the floor. Area is not the best for finding a place to eat. Staff didnt speak a word of English - there was no toilet paper in the room so we asked for some, they just couldn't understand what we wanted and kept asking us if we speak Indonesian. For 2 days they didn't bring any toilet paper so they didn't even try to understand...
