"The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning."
"We had a view onto the main water way . It was lovely to open the doors and look and have a lovely breeze. Breakfast was a highlight. Great way to start your day. "
"Rooms were spacious and quiet, clean and bright and updated. Staff was friendly and accomdating. Breakfast food items were over the top fabulous and staff courteous. Would definitely come back"
"Welcoming, helpful, multi-lingual, and friendly staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all major sights; right outside of San Marco. Easy 5-10 min walk from San Marco vaporetto dock. Wonderful and complete breakfast with hot and cold options, breads, fresh fruits, and more. The suite room was well equipped and had a nice rooftop patio. "
"The spa was an extra €40 to use which the included the hot tub and sauna so this should have been mentioned.
There is also a charge to use the shuttle into town which was not explained or advertised. There was no free water in the rooms.
To access WiFi that was good enough for video call use was also an extra fee of €20 per day.
We got there late on the first eve at 11.20 amd although room service was advertised until 12 we were told there was no kitchen service and absolutely nothing to eat - not even snacks that eve.
As much as we liked the hotel, all of the above definitely detracted from the experience. "
"Spa war keiner im Haus . Vor den fenstern direkt eine Mauer. Personal unfreundlich. Kreditkarte wurden einfach beträge abgezogen wo ich nicht weiss für was ? Dusche war sehr dreckig .nicht geputzt . Wir waren zu viert auf einem zimmer . Das eine bett war das durchgessesene sofa ,das andere zustellbett eine metallbett wie im zeltlager .es war für das geld eine zumutung und schrecklich. "
