The hotel is great, very quite background. The buses run 24/7 every 10 mins. The only thing to look out is sometimes it drops you quite far due to temporary pathway restrictions

Courtyard By Marriott Makkah
At check-in, the front desk representative was extremely non-cooperative. He was not giving non smoker room. First he said it cost more, and then he said not available. He was cheating to grab some money from us. Another employee helped us and told us that it is available.
