Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. "The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. "

"Wow! Location! Swimmable lagoon, safe, clean with sand beach! Wonderful large and very clean pool, never crowded! Absolutely tremendous service from the first to the last minute! Thanks to the amazing manager Rose, who did above and beyond to help us with the upgraded room and then asked every day if we needed anything, accompanied us daily with recommendations and suggestions. All the staff were extremely attentive, supportive and helpful and fulfilled all our requests! We had unforgettable vacation in Fairmont Orchid and will come back next year definitely. P.S. food is delicious in resort, but expensive. There are nearby grocery stores where you can save some money and find everything you need including hot food."
