Fabulous view in overall Nice neighbourhood.

Situated in Beau Vallon in a lokal neighbourhood. Spacy room with fabulous view and nice balcony. Shared kitchen with fair alpint of kitchen remedies. Only draw back is currently constructionwork ongoing close by in the daytime and most annoying 3 small dogs Barking more or less 24/7. Ofcourse mostly irritations during night.

Supposed to stay 5 nights, left after one night. Shared kitchen, rude staff, nothing around, long walk to the beach up in the mountains. The bed was horrific and I do not recommend this place.

Extremely high price for what you get

Cold shower (there is just a shower heater). Not even shampoo or beach towels. The kitchen smells horrible (we closed the room door) and the terrace is completely separated (no direct access from the room but from the kitchen). The staff asked to double for the "Environmental fee”. I tried to call the staff on whatsapp and did not pick up so we were just waiting on the reception because we were leaving this same day... Property is not feasible unless you have a car.

Es war alles perfekt für mich. Wer plant, die Gemeinschaftsküche vollumfänglich zum täglichen Kochen zu nutzen, sollte sich nach einer anderen Herberge umschauen.

Het appartement was met een gedeelde keuken. Wel eigen badkamer. Vanuit de keuken met eetbar en bank is er uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Het werkelijk superschoon en de eigenaresse en haar man zijn bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Met een wijziging in de boeking bij Expedia was vermoedelijk door de oorlog tussen de VS en Iran kennelijk iets mis gegaan want bij mijn aankomst wist de eigenaresse van niets. Gelukkig kon zij het heel snel oplossen.

Man teilt sich die Küche mit insgesamt drei Zimmern. Der Balkon eines Meerblickzimmers ist direkt vor dem Zimmer, der Balkon eines anderen Meerblickzimmers geht von der Gemeinschaftsküche ab und der Balkon des dritten Zimmers mit Bergblick Ist vor dem Eingang des Zimmers, beziehungsweise vor dem Küchenfenster. Beide Meerblick Balkone sind durch eine dünne spanische Wand getrennt. Es gibt einen großen, gemeinschaftlichen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in der Küche und jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Einen Adapter brauchten wir nicht, da die Stecksteckdose über einen USB Anschluss verfügt und wir somit unsere Handys laden konnten. Es gab keine Regendusche, sondern eine normale Dusche. Handtücher und Seifen Es gibt eine Bratpfanne, einen kleinen Topf und einen größeren Topf für drei Parteien, die kochen möchten, etwas zu wenig. Leider gab es auch keine Topfdeckel. Der Weg zum Strand ist teilweise sehr steil, man benötigt circa 7 Minuten zum Strand. Der Rückweg dauert aufgrund der steilen Steigung ein wenig länger und ist bei Hitze recht anstrengend. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Toilettenpapier ist auch ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt Reinigungsmittel in der Küche und Putzlappen und Handtücher zum abtrocknen. Wir haben den Flughafen Transport gebucht Das klappte gut. Maria, die Vermieterin, hat uns erlaubt beim Auschecken bis 13:00 Uhr Im Zimmer zu bleiben. Beim Einchecken durften wir ab 14:00 Uhr Ins Zimmer. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Résidence de charme à la vue magnifique.

Etablissement charmant et bien situé à Beau vallon. Nous avons été superbement accueillis par notre hôte qui était très accessible et sympathique. La chambre ainsi que les parties communes étaient très bien. Tout était propre et bien tenu. Il ne manquait rien. La literie était de bonne qualité, la salle de bain spatieuse et confortable. La seule chose qui nous a manqué était de ne pas avoir deux oreillers par personnes mais cela est plus une remarque qu'un reproche et n'entâche nullement la très bonne appréciation globale que nous donnons à cet endroit. Mention spéciale à notre hôte extrêment sympathique. Nous recommandons chaleuresement cet établissement familial et accueillant.

Schwer zu finden, Position in der Karte falsch. Gastgeber SEHR UNANGENEHM, unbehilflich und was habe ich noch nie erlebt - frech. Zimmer super klein. Dass einzige was mann muss als positive bewerten, sauberkeit und Aussicht. Mann muss aber klettern mit dem Gepäeck drei Stockwerke auf. Also lieber was zuzahlen und irgendwo anders gemuetlicher uebernachten.
