"Me aloje 3 noches en el Pachamama y me ha encantado!! Cogi una habitación con terraza que esta muy comoda, espaciosa y limpia. El hotel esta muy centrico, cerca de todos los sitios de buceo, restaurantes y playa. La dueña Micky y su gatita Pacha hacen que te sientas como en casa y se preocupa por tu comodidad. Tienen un servicio de masaje con Mickael que tambien recomiendo mucho. En general me parece un hotel muy lindo, perfecto para pasar un par de noches bellisimas en Mahaual."

"We have mixed feelings about our stay here....firstly let me say Diego was very friendly and sorted out the few problems we had...(no hot water, no gas, no water at all) not enough towels.. This place could be amazing but it is sadly lacking in things...simple adjustments would make it a better stay. "We had a good stay at the Aquastar hotel. However, the water coming out of the tap of the Jacuzzi (the main reason for chosing the hotel) obviously comes out of the sea more or less uncleaned and therefore was brownish and smelled like seaweed making it uncomfortable to use. Also the beach was full of seaweed and smelled accordingly. While the natural phenomenon is of course not the hotel's fault, not cleaning the site (as opposed to other parts of the beautiful beach) is. The hotel and room...

"Loved that this property was out of town and away from the hustle and bustle. Also appreciated that it had no tv or cell service. It had wifi but just enough strength to check emails or send out a text, which is fine. The beach had sea grass on it but that is to be expected as it’s an eco friendly resort you don’t expect them to drag a tractor up and down the beach to clean it up.
