"Clean and comfortable hotel in Parry Sound. "

"Room is clean and comfortable enough. However when we arrived at 3:15 (check in is 3 pm) we were told to wait while they “checked” to see if the room had been cleaned?? Breakfast is mediocre. Big issue is that staff appear to have zero understanding or sensitivity re disability accommodation or their obligations as a business. The numerous wheelchair spaces in front were all occupied by cars without permits and staff didn’t seem to care or be inclined to do anything to assist people with disabilities who need them. Accessible room request was not honoured and was told if we wanted it, it would be subject to additional $50-100 fees (no other hotel booked via our frequent Expedia reservations has ever demanded this additional payment for disability accommodation and frankly it’s probably illegal.) "

"Room was spotless and bed was good. Coffee in room was pretty bad and no shampoo, but over-all, delightful. "

"Front Desk Staff were Amazing but the hotel was as definitely lower quality than the price tag. We rented the jacuzzi room for Valentine’s Day for $225 and the tub was whole reason we were there. The room was not just dated, it was pretty grubby and dingy. The indoor pool was a nice surprise. But lack of basic amenities like ice, vending, sufficient towels in the room ( there were only 2 towels in the room despite the jacuzzi tub and No towels poolside) was a bit shocking. Long hairs in the shower upon arrival, mattress cover coffee stained, bed sheets with multiple sharpied “K” along all edges of the sheets to identify them as King size, chunks of popcorn ceiling peeled and missing, an ottoman with a suspicious “water stain” across the entire top surface. Again, we came for the jacuzzi and it checked that box, but if it wasn’t such a long ride home I wouldn’t have spent the night. "

"Everything was fantastic. The room was spotless and the new owners were so kind. I booked again before i left. The view is amazing. What a wonderful gem i have found."
