"When we arrived the place looked an old farm in the middle of nowhere. The pool had no water in it and was closed , room was small with lot of flies and a/c controls were taped off . Was very disappointed and turned key back in without even taking my suitcases out of the car . Regretted it very much to have booked this place . Did not even get a refund . Horribly"

Also, everything has to be brought in from outside through parts non paved rocky road with a jeep in order to cover guests’ needs, the intention is more than running a business but much larger than life. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"
