Edificio piacevolmente storico all'interno delle Mura storiche del centro di Grosseto, in una posizione comodissima per i locali, peccato che essendo stato un venerdƬ sera non si ĆØ dormito fino a dopo le 4 del mattino, dal forte vociare delle persone che passavano o stanziavano sotto la finestra della camera da letto. Belle le camere storiche ma ci vorrebbe una cura piĆ¹ attenta alla pulizia, a tinteggiare le pareti e soprattutto a cambiare gli infissi che non si chiudevano bene. Colazione molto buona e generosa. Molto gentile la signora che ci ha servito la colazione.

Visita a Grosseto

Bella stanza in palazzo d'epoca posta al secondo piano con scala d' ingresso stretta ed un po' ripida quindi un po' scomoda con i bagagli. Seconda rampa piĆ¹ ampia e piĆ¹ comoda. Pulizia ottima, colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e dolci preparati dalla cugina della madre del proprietario che sostanzialmente gestisce in toto il b&b compreso le pulizie. Unica pecca se si puĆ² dire cosƬ ĆØ la posizione, la camera dove mi trovavo io, essendo il palazzo all' interno delle mura, ĆØ proprio sopra ad una piazza con tavolini di tre bar e due ristoranti e quindi, nonostante una buona insonorizzazione, alla sera risulta un po' rumoso, ma molto comodo per una serata in tutta tranquillitĆ . Quindi per me quattro e mezzo su cinque e se ne avrĆ² occasione ci tornerĆ² di sicuro

Although the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well appointed, the check in process was terrible and very upsetting. The place is very hard to find and no one was available for an hour and a half after arriving to meet us as promised, Be aware that this is an apartment with two bedrooms and a shared kitchen. You may have strangers in the other bedroom. Each room has its own lock. Also directly on a busy plaza which is noisy at night.

Increible apartamento y recibimiento!!

Riccardo ha sido un excelente anfitrion. Nos recibio por la noche cuando llegamos a Grosseto y nos acompaƱo a aparcar el coche.
