"Great breakfast, self service, but good quality, tidy room, lots of nice touches"

"The Hot breakfast is offered to late to accommodate guest that start to travel early, 8 am. There was a continental breakfast offered at 7:30 am"

"Lovely traditional property. Quite a few spiders and cobwebs but loved our stay really relaxing."

"Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

"Brilliant stay with my mum and daughter we have booked again for November pool was a number one hit by my daughter too"

"Great location for exploring the area, clean room and good plentiful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming"

"Convenient to Belfast international airport however our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours so we couldn’t really get to enjoy the whole hotel. Having to leave early next morning also meant we couldn’t enjoy our stay this time but we’ll stay again in the near future as it is a really pleasant spot to stay."

"room was very clean, Breakfast wonderful"

"Lovely staff, every one is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is a real treat, so delicious."

"Fantastic stay, will be back"

"Pretty garden to look at well having breakfast."

"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."

"A lovely short break at this hotel. Loved the history of the building. Great place to stay."
