She was so lovely, friendly and welcoming every morning. And she makes the best cappuccino I ever had. Mai Mai goes out of her way to please. She is a real gem for the hotel. "

"The hotel is located very close to the Duomo, it is modern, clean and well kept. The rooftop bar is amazing, although expensive (mandatory 23 euros for the first drink), but very pleasant. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and effective. The only downsides are parking (not many options around), and no gym. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a luxury stay close to everything in the historical center of Milan."
