"Make sure you get the access code well in advance of your stay. We tried over two days unsuccessful the English option for the emergency help line was not available late on Sunday. We had to secure alternative accomodation"

"Despite a long queue on arrival the front reception was very polite & we soon were in our rooms, which were clean & comfortable with clean fresh towels too. We were only staying one night due to an early morning flight the next day. The service of a free airport shuttle was the icing on the cake for us! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Finland"
