ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas
Disappointed that I had to call down to have them turn music off in an outside courtyard at 10:45 pm when nobody was outside and it was 7 degrees. I was offered a new room which would have caused me more discomfort than them turning off the music.

Barceló Torre de Madrid
Great hotel. Loved the room with a great view of the Gran Via, the staff and the location. Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise.
