The breakfast was excellent and very pleasing staff. At the reception Laura was a delight with genuine customer service skills. Our room was clean and enough space for a couple and the view to the Retiro Park was incredible! The air conditioning was not an option because it couldn’t be turned on ...

Apparently I was upgraded to a superior room, which was very pleasant. I was entitled to one free gift - I believe that was a little box of sweets in this case.
