You are in the middle of Madrid’s top tourist area with many options for dining, shopping and entertainment. The place is perfect for a small family or group of friends

I stayed at the hotel a few times in the past but this time was surprised to find that there was no soap in the room and although it’s advertised as room with kitchenette.. there was no coffee machine or tea kettle.. I had to ask the front desk for a tea kettle.. they gave me one.. but no soap or coffee machine..

Good rental
A very good, well-located flat for a family stay for a few days. A few things (not uncommon in rentals) would have helped: coathooks in the hall/common area, a microwave in the kitchenette (surprised there wasn't one), and (luxury touch?) a small pod coffee machine (common in hotels these days). Friendly, helpful reception staff and good bagge storage. Recommend this place.

Family Visit to Madrid
Great location near Grand Via and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Could use a coffee maker and microwave.

The location of the apartment is very strategic. Just few minutes away from Gran Via metro and Madrid shopping areas. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The location is behind the major street so it is not noisy. Apartment is very clean and spacious. We were there after Christmas until New Year and highly recommend the place for family. We are 2 adults with 2 kids.

Property was in a great location walkable to many areas of Madrid. Unit was just how it was portrayed in the pictures. The only negative was the sofa bed in the living area, it was very old and the mattress was falling through. Not recommended at all for anyone to sleep on sofa bed. So plan to just use the 2 bedrooms unless they change the sofa bed. Other than that, all was great.

The apartment doesn't have the regular front desk like other hotel, instead, it has just a small table in the empty lobby with one person for check-in/out. The apartment is clean, but doesn't have a kettle for boiling water. I used a pot found in one of the drawer in the kitchen for boiling hot water. The two twin size beds have only bed sheet, don't have Quilt, I asked staff to put quilt for the twin beds and was told that twin bed is not suppose to have a quilt, only double bed has. So we had to use the brown blanket found in the closet to keep us warm at night.

Good morning, We had to move from the other reception because in winter the temperature gets too low. We look after ourselves.There are so many kitchen tools to make a big meal.For the big double bed we use a quilt with duvet, there is no need for blanket. In fact, you can use the heating to warm up the room.FELIZ AÑO!!

Great location for a first time visitor to Madrid. Walkable to all shopping & much sightseeing. The property was nice & secure, but had minor maintenance issues.. La Austriaca coffee shop on San Onofre (next to the property) was really great!

Only poor aspect of this property was the lack of adequate cooking supplies to actually make proper meals other than breakfast. There were very few pots and pans, no toaster, no kettle even. And only services are for 4. Just not enough for this family. And only had one trash bag and 2 rolls of TP…for a whole weeks stay. We looked forward to making a few dinners for our kid with severe allergies and that just didn’t work out.

Good morning, The cleaning service is only responsible for changing trash, providing new towels daily (only if requested), providing amenities or toilet paper. As for the garbage bags, we cannot leave more than one for reasons beyond our control. In any case, everything mentioned above could have been resolved from the 24-hour reception.Thank you very much for the review.

Great neighborhood, a bit disorganized
Very clean and quiet apartment in an amazing neighborhood. Unfortunately there was a problem with the main entrance during our stay, which made entering and leaving the building a bit complicated. We were locked out of the building at one point. Be aware that there is no front desk, this made communication difficult, particularly during check out when nobody could be found. Ultimately a comfortable spot in the place you want to be at in Madrid.

Perfectly adequate for our needs. Small criticism for not providing soap in the bathroom and for there being no kettle. Great central location for easy reach of the metro and shops. Not too noisy at night which was good considering the location. Would stay again.

comfortable bed. The heating system was a little confusing since no one told us how to turn it on. When we first got to the hotel it was cold. they could add more outlets at the bedside so we can at least charge the phones. the only outlet by the nightstand was for the light. So we had to choose btw light or charging phone. we were given only shampoo. No hand soap or bodywash or conditioner. otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. very convenient location.

Not at all like on photos.
Very dated rooms. Photos present far better than actual interior. Very bare bones and very small. Poor value for the cost. Disappointed with the misrepresentation on the site. Old, stained furniture. Hardlyany essentials for the apartment and since it’s an apartment one expects kitchen somewhat better stocked with kitchen ware. Lovely reception people who try to make up for the disappointment: Eva, Gretchen and Amanda, but it does not offset the condition of actual room. The bedding was clean.

The studio apartment option is surprisingly spacious and the location could not be beat! I was close to everything i wanted to be near (Gran Via, Chueca, Puerta del Sol). A great experience and will do again next time i am in Madrid!

10/10 . This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city. No need to look further. It’s clean , well maintained , close to EVERYTHING! Easy walk to Grand via and restaurants. Ava, Amalia ,Carmen and the night time guard are so wonderful. They are kind, attentive to needs and super helpful. I only wanted for a microwave but other than that we were comfortable. The bakery next door too, is a worth visiting every day :-).

We were booked for 2 nights and abandoned the place without staying - even without a refund - the room was not clean but the staff said it was fine - what could they do that people dirtied the furniture? We won’t use places listed as apartments if this is the standard of care. It also wasn’t inexpensive or even easy to find for the driver.
