You told me over the phone before the trip that the hotel would charge me $60 euros dayly for my sons extra bed & they charged me $480 euros instead

As we could see in the system the room that you had booked was a Superior Room and as we can see you have made a category upgrade to a Premium Room at your arrival in the hotel. That is why you have an extra charge aside from the cost of the extra bed of your son, that it is in fact 60. Please, if you have any other question regarding your invoice, please get in contact directly with us. Once again we reiterate my appreciation for your dedication in sharing your perception with all of us. Hoping that this misunderstanding that have occurred do not make you lose your trust in NH Collection Eurobuilding. Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival.

We were there for a Real Madrid game. This hotel is very close to the Satiago Bernabeu. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very nice and clean! We had a great experience!

Excellent breakfast buffet! Very large hotel, lots of facilities however, it tends to be somewhat noisy. The rooms are very comfortable but a bit expensive.

A very nice hotel, my room was spacious and clean (with a balcony overlooking Santiago Bernabeu from the 12th floor). Excellent buffet breakfast. Good gym (a bit crowded though, as it isn’t just for the hotel guests). Overall a bit on the costly side, but maybe I just wasn’t lucky - all other hotels in the area were either fully booked or more expensive.

This was an amazing modern Hotel. All personnel were friendly and eager to help. Amenities were first rate and the buffet breaker was amazing. The view from our window was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

So convenient to the stadium short walk. Bus/metro rude to the centre would stay here again. Disappointed that pool was out of order chose hotel because of spa facilities but couldn’t use them

We had excellent service from your staff and really enjoyed our stay. The property was centrally located and we had much more than we expected with all the amenities. The room was modern and sleek and enjoyed the beautiful balcony views. The breakfast was outstanding and the quality of food was great.

A great hotel and very friendly staff. Only down side is it is advertised as having a pool which is not the case and kids aren’t allowed in the spa.
