Stopover whilst driving across Spain.
We stopped here for a night whilst driving from Santander to Malaga. The hotel was nice and staff very welcoming, the food was great, although we ordered far too much!! We picked it as it had car charging but I couldn’t get it to work, but that was due to the Iberdrola app rather than the hotel.

Really horrible The refrigerator did not work. Was told they would come in the morning to fix it and at 4:50 pm next day they had not come Finally they took it out and replaced it The food was spoiled but didn’t want to take responsibility for it At 5 pm came to make the bedroom after complaining The swimming pool was tiny and totally misrepresented by the pics of Hotels.com I had to call 10 times Hotels.com to be able to cancel the 3rd night I called yesterday and was told would call the hotel in the morning but at 5 pm nobody has called!!!

Affordable accommodation in commuter reach of city
Kind, helpful staff to help with arrival. Note the car is actually just a few fridges but the beer is cold and cheap. You can sit outside and drink. Breakfast is top notch! The WiFi is superb. There are supermarkets really close. An Uber will set you back about 40€ (June 2019) into Plaza Mayor region. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Good hotel and service
Have stayed in this hotel three times now as its close to a client in Madrid. The staff are very good, particularly at breakfast. The hotel is clean and the main reception and dining areas are fine, although the bar is part of the restaurant not separate. The room is a good size and there hasn't been any issues with being too hot or cold. The bathroom has toiletries and good sized towels. There is free wifi. The breakfast was pretty good, nice coffee machine, cooked items, lovely fresh fruit and generally a good selection. There is an outdoor pool but due to the time of year I haven't used it. Taxis are fairly easy to get and there is a small town reasonably near by.

A good hotel but facilities not available
The hotel is quite and clean. The room was large and again smart and tidy. Very happy with these facilities. Breakfast in the morning was average. Reasonable amount on offer although eggs were not cooked enough. Main gripe was that the swimming pool was advertised as being open until September. However when we visited on the 23rd it had been closed a week. The weather though was 30 degrees so it would have been great and was one of the reasons we booked. Other issue is that we stayed on a Sunday and found it very difficult to get an evening meal anywhere. No where in the town was open and the hotel restaurant was closed too! Quite frustrating. It could have been a great stay close to Madrid but these things let it down.

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff and good food. Menu a little limited. Clean bright and modern. We stopped off on route to Bilbao and our ferry home. A nice supermarket no more than 200 meters from hotel selling bread croissants and pastries, made on the premises.

Useful for an overnight stop over.
Our overnight stay was to break up the journey between Alicante and Santander. We chose this hotel as it was on the north west side of Madrid, having stayed on the north east side before. It was conveniently placed near to the A6 motorway and provided a gate controlled car park within its grounds. The hotel itself was comfortable and offered a number of facilities, which could have been utilised if the stay was longer or the weather was warmer (an outside swimming pool). Unfortunately the hotel was quite tired and a few minor repairs were required in a few areas eg the bathroom and outside grounds. The air conditioning unit did not work.

It was Awesome! Had I been in a better psychological perception within my own existance, I know the stay would have been one of many great moments in my life. Being here made the stress not so stressful. I was treated like VIP but I prefer the V.I.P Royal treatment. This place is better than the rating it has.

Fantastic Hotel, just outside Madrid city centre.
Wonderful hotel, within easy each of Madrid(20 mins by bus.) Lovely ground floor room with a private terrace. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with hairdryer. Excellent breakfast. Has a nice pool with a few sun loungers. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood , a calm oasis after a day in the hot, hectic city of Madrid. Would highly recommend.

Bad location. Nothing about. Far from Madrid.
After reading reviews I booked his hotel. Worst mistake ever. Pool is so small and only has certain mad opening times. The Wi-Fi is rubbish. Staff... What staff!! No help or English speaking. Room was fine nice bathroom and beds and view. Hairdryer and fridge. LOCATION.. no were near Madrid hard to get to proper pain and hard for airport and stuff. Its not worth the effort pay the etc and stay elsewhere belive me. Oh and theres nothing about apart from one supermarket.

Easy to catch the bus to Moncloa, and in Moncloa catch the metro to all the touristic areas in Madrid. Moncloa is the begining part of Center of Madrid. Bus from Pax to Moncloa is €3.60 each way

Nice hotel in a convenient location.
We used Hotel Pax just to stage close to Madrid for our night before flying out, it worked out perfectly having driven down from Segovia. Easy on & off the highway in a very convenient location, would make the same choice again.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff.
Excellent hotel about 25 km from the center of Madrid. Wonderful place to stay far away from the city noise but at the same time close enough to be in Madrid in about 15min.There is a bus stop in a walking distance and you can use that transportation or rent a car if that is your option. I want to mention the excellent attention I received from the woman in the front desk if I remember well her name is Ana Isabel which always had time to explain me and give me all kind of answers whenever I had any questions. Persons like that make you to come back again and make the hotel shine.

Great place shopping centre supermarket and restaurants all in walking distance. Lovely room with swimming pool and cooler than in Madrid centre. Probably need a car or be able to use bus/metro bus stop is 1 minutes walk away.

Out of Madrid, so ideally you need a car.
A well-appointed hotel that gets a downgrade on facilities rating because the advertised restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. Having said that, the gem of a find was the walk across to the village (walkway over the freeway) on the advice of the front desk staff, who were really helpful and with pretty fair English. The village had numerous tapas/pinxtos bars, restaurants etc and you would struggle to be dissatisfied with the range of eating places. The general vibe of the place after about 7.30pm was really good, and I ate there on both nights. The best steak I have had on my 3 months so far in Europe. Cooked perfectly and could not eat the whole meal. Next night I had boquaneros as a main and again could not eat the whole meal, despite my taste buds loving every second. There's a supermarket just off the nearest roundabout, and the 613 bus to Madrid leaves from the same general location. Keep an eye on the schedule because weekends they don't run that often but for about 2.80EU it's a nice comfortable trip to Moncloa. Do the tower at Moncloa - 400 metres from the bus station and breathtaking panoramic views of Madrid.

Fabulous hotel, terrific value for money
Very pleasant hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rather basic rooms, but nevertheless very comfortable. Minibar in the room, and the fridge was one of the coldest hotel fridges I have ever experienced. The standard of cleanliness was very high both in the room and throughout the hotel. Ideally situated just 15 minutes by bus from Madrid. The pool is attended by a lifeguard each day and is kept clean and tidy. Pool towels are available too. No complaints at all and would certainly recommend this and hope to return. All in all this was exceptionally good value and exceeded expectations for a three star hotel
