The Hotel is in the outskirts of Madrid which for me was great since I needed to drive to the airport the next day and I avoided all the traffic of the city

La descripción de la habitación que pague no tenía nada que ver con la habitación que me dieron, las camas están todas pegadas por el nulo espacio que hay, ni siquiera hay shampoo y jabón en el baño, reserve por dos no he’s y obviamente por lo incómodos que estábamos nos fuimos en la primera noche y aun asi nos cobraron la segunda, se negaron hacernos el reembolso de la segunda noche, un robo, no se hospeden ahí por nada del mundo

El primer día cuando llegamos dormimos y al día siguiente salimos.Cuando llegamos a dormir por la noche las camas estaban estiradas no hechas y sin cambiar las sábanas de echo en los 5 días que estuvimo.s nunca las cambiaron.Y la ultima noche que nos quedamos que fue el sabado salimos al medio día y por la noche cuando llegamos estaba la habitación sin limpiar y las camas sin hacer y y las toallas sucias ni nos pusieron limpias 405 euros por una posilga ellos son los que pierden clientes no nosotros.y al hacer éstas cosas dejan mal a cienpozuelos que es muy bonito y buenos sitios donde comer .volveré porque cienpozuelos nos gustó pero el hotel las estrellas no nos pilla mas
