Very grungy and unsafe environment around hotel. Visible prostitution although they do keep to themselves. Did not leave property after 6 pm because of safety concerns

Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room and adequate size for a few nights stay. Good location - only a few mins walk to Gran Via and Sol. Could be rather noisy at evenings will people coming back or going out - closing of doors very noisy and could hear noise in the corridors. Not a good view from room.

It was nice small room, Very clean, close to many places in the middle of everything, but the only issue we have was to many prostitutes around.

This hostal is near everything but is in a red zone street. The hookers are all over the street all day and all night, it made us feel uncomfortable

Muy he lugar para hospedarte de la gran vía y todo el comercio. Lo único negativo es que alfrente hay una taberna y si tienes sueño liviano NO DORMIRÁS porque se escucha TODO

I liked everything. I'm happy that I choose this Hostal, and I certainly recommend to friends and family. It's near everything and people from the reception very kind. Also, the room very clean and the rest of the place.

El cuarto my pequeño no era lo k yo esperaba y todo iva bien hasta k aparecieron las “CHINCHES “ me empezaron a salir cómo a las 11:00 pm y desperté a 4:30 y estaban x todas partes y ya fue imposible quedarme allí y no poder dormir así , pero el señor d la noche amablemente me cambio d habitación, y me dieron un rembolso x la incómodidad, muy mala experiencia.

Fantastic front desk staff. Very clean and easily accessible from the fun area of Madrid. Room was also clean and much larger than we thought it would be.
