No estaba mal el lugar, es especialmente estrecho y pequeño todo. Se oye el ruido o de alrededor. Las camas solo estaban con las sabanas. Para ir únicamente a dormir no esta mal. Y esta muy bien situado

The property is in a very good area, safe and close to everything. I didn't like that at the front desk they were no one when you need it to ask any question . You have to wait until 2:30 everyday for someone to come at that time it's a little late to get information about anything. The Wifi very poor .

I have stayed at this hotel over 30 times since 2017 (including my employees). However, I think this will be the last. A salad had fallen onto the sheets and pillow and the (brown) sauce went everywhere. As I didn’t want the cleaner just to see it and clean it (especially due to the colour), I decided to wait in my room and explain what had happened. I put the green “clean the room” sign outside. The cleaner came in, saw me and launched into a tirade about how I shouldn’t be in the room. She was shouting a lot. She never gave me the opportunity to say I was here as a courtesy to explain the accident. She stormed off (still shouting) and I followed her outside the room and (tried to) explain what’s happened. She then lectured me about cleaning the room, the bathroom etc. (I had only mentioned the sheets) in her loud accusatory voice. I got so fed up of her I asked her to leave - she was still shouting and never once apologised for the way she spoke or the fact she never gave me a chance to explain why I was waiting for her in the room, which I obviously didn’t have to. The next 2 days I put the red “do not disturb” sign, for someone who was so obsessed with “obeying” the green sign, she (or her colleagues) went into the room on both days. Crass hipocracy. This was the second time I was spoken to in this manner in the past two visits. What a shame after 4 years and over 30 visits.

Útil para una noche en solitario

Si llegas antes de las 14:30, no te dan la habitación aunque esté preparada te dejan meter la maleta en tu propia habitación pero no te dan la llave hasta que llega el recepcionista a las 14:30. Lashabitaciones son bastante ruidosa se oye constantemente a los otros clientes entrar y salir

He tenido que llamar al hostal porque llegaba mas tarde de su horario y cuando estoy hablando con el recepcionista me dice que en mi reserva hay otro nombre a parte del mio, y por supuesto no conocía de nada al señor de la reserva. El recepcionista me dice que fui yo a la hora de la reserva, y con mi hoja de la reserva delante yo le decía lo contrario, en fin un desastre. Mi primera noche fatal a las 2 de la mañana había un grupo de gente que estaba en la habitación o en una zona común a carcajada limpia, estuvieron hasta las 4 de la mañana riéndose, a cuenta de que al día siguiente era fiesta y en la recepción no había nadie de guardia, por lo tanto no podías quejarte a nadie. Al día siguiente tampoco hubo nadie para quejarse y el fin de semana solo había una persona por la tarde.

Gut gelegen, aber sonst...

Positiv: Das Hotel ist einzigartig gelegen, gut im Herzen Madrids. U-Bahnstation Opera ist 5-8 Gehminuten entfernt. Allerdings: Für 50 € pro Nacht vielleicht auch brauchbar, wir haben aber rund das doppelte bezahlt und das war es definitiv nicht wert. Das Zimmer war klein und spärlich ausgestattet, in der Dusche gab es fiese Schimmelflecken in den Silikonfugen, sonst war es aber sauber. Die Rezeption ist nur nachmittags besetzt, es gibt keinen Kofferraum, was am letzten Tag ungunstig war, da wir erst einen Abendflug hatten. Dass es kein Frühstück gab, kann man akzeptieren, da es reichlich Möglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt. Zudem: Neben dem Hoteleingang ist ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt. Wenn mal jemand da war, war er freundlich, aber wir haben selten jemand vom Hotel gesehen. W-LAN war OK. Das Hotel wirbt mit über 8 Punkten auf booking.com. Das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Ett okej boende, men låg perfekt mitt i centrum. Nära till Metro o en taxizon som där alltid stod en taxibil i. Bra med café o restaurang i närheten.

At the end, it worked out

We paid an extra day early so we could come directly from the plane and go to hotel. Although it was set up with the hotel through hotels.com, it was difficult. We were let in by building staff, but not into Hotel common door. We we’re fortunate that someone else was leaving at the same time or we would not have been able to enter. That guest called the owner for us and the key was available so it worked out, luckily. There is a black phone to call owner, which would have been nice to know.

Nice budget hotel. Disingenous pricing by hotels.

The hotel itself was fine. Clean, well located, quiet. An excellent budget accomodation. That said, i do have a few comments about hotels.com. The information posted about office hours was completely incorrect . The correct office hours appear to be 14:30 until 20:00. This made check in very crowded and interferred with our schedule. In addition, the price charged directly by the hotel is some 20% less than the amount quoted and charged by hotels.com. Disingenuous is the best I can say about this.

Big dissapointment is the room has no desk no chair for my laptop. pictures of the room dies have a desk and chair. i requested the desk n chair and got refused. also no airport shuttle service even though it said in their website they do organize that at a fee. No fridge also which is big dissapointment. everything else is ok, room is clean, aircon good, clean bathroom, perfect location

Agradable pero MUY ruidoso

Llegué tras un viaje muy largo y pretendía descansar tras realizar el check-in a las 14:35. Se pusieron a taladrar en la puerta de mi habitación media tarde, sin siquiera avisar de que estarían de obras. A la mañana siguiente se escuchaban demasiado los portazos y el ruido de la actividad del equipo de limpieza. El hostal en sí está muy bien, pero considero que estos detalles desdibujan el bienestar del cliente durante sus estancias y me impiden volver a reservar en este establecimiento.

Decent night

Stayed here for one night because of it price. Was surprised how good it was. 2-3 minutes walk from metro station, Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and shower en-suite was modern and new. Didn’t have a problem with toilet smell during my stay. Has a window but don’t expect any spectacular view tho.
