"We were offered to pay to upgrade to the junior suite club floor. It was an excellent choice even it's a bit expensive. The staff in general were excellent and trying very hard to accommodate customers' needs and queries. Especially the staff in the club lounge, they are extra helpful for my needs."

"Lovely quaint property. stayed in the Royal Suite that had a Hot Tub /Jacuzzi- could not use it as the Hot water runs out very quickly before 1/4th of the tub is filled- jets are still above water level-- barely enough for 1 shower. you have to wait another 30 minutes for more hot water by which time the earlier pool of water is cold"

"Sorry to say I had bad experience I arrived at 10pm room was given when opened not cleaned or ready for me They just changed the blankets and gave as we r tied we slept No clean bathroom And more over whole night too much noise or music was playing couldn’t sleep Asked for room service in the morning for about 3 times no response then we left Came back at night 10 pm still no room service and loud music Horrible service so called about 5 times to ask finally they gave different room and apologized saying the other party booked 3 rooms so they are doing party That’s not my problem Any way they gave new room but it was also not clean they waived my food meal as Curtiss I am very disappointed with my stay"
