Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great restaurants on site. Every amenity is available. We loved the montion sensor lighting. One of the nicest, cleanest, best decorated stop we’ve ever stayed in. Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier gothique. Chambre de petite dimension propre et fonctionnelle. Près de plusieurs attractions touristiques et restaurants. Déjeuner buffet extraordinaire. Bon accueil. Chambre prête avant l’heure. On a adoré!

The hotel was in an excellent and safe location, we could walk to most places or take the close by subway. Lovely hotel, well positioned in the Gothic area. Very helpful staff. Public areas very nicely presented with an excellent breakfast. Room good size with small balcony. Hotel felt very safe. Would recommend.
