This is the true spirit of Filipino hospitality: not just doing a job, but serving from the heart. And of course, their breakfast never disappoints! As a foodie, I loved the egg live station, noodle station, local dishes, and the mix of international cuisines. Always a feast! Plus, JJ absolutely loved the kids’ activities—free childcare was such a blessing while I packed! Kudos to the entire Movenpick Mactan Cebu team. "Very friendly staff. We were also able to get our room early which was lovely considering we’d been travelling some 20 hours! Room was a very good size and comfortable. Patio was small though (not very wide). But we had view of pool and ocean. Excellent experience. "

"We had a problem with the room, air con and TV not working so we were moved to a lesser room (late at night) The next day I met with the manager who was absolutely lovely and we were upgraded to a suite for the rest of the stay. Room are fairly basic but considering the price I think it's good value. I will say the pool/beach club that you get access to is pretty lousy and expensive but the hotel pool and gym is quite nice and so is the restaurant, staff are great too"

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

"we will come back again ..my father wasnt feeling good and the staff was so accommodating their was a nurse that checked my dad at the room and on call doctor we were told that a hospital was nearby and the hotel staff could transport him -place is so beautiful ,food is good ,staff is superb "

"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even though we waited an hour and a half before we finally got the right room."
