Once the curtains are drawn back and the veiw to the old sandatone and and clock tower is absolutely spectacular 👌 Buffet breakfast was top notch and the staff where absolutely hospitalble and kind Unlimited coffees and delicious 😋 food . "Unfortunately we had to ask for a new room as the club across the road could be very clearly heard and I. The new room we were met with an old toe nail clipping …. Usually flawless we were left wishing we had booked somewhere else. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean "

"Hotel is nice and in a great location for walking around Sydney and access to ferries and trains. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed over the Easter weekend and we're disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed knowing that most businesses in the area were also closed for the holiday. It would be very helpful for so many guests to be able to dine at the hotel when not much else is available. All considered, the hotel worked well for us and we enjoyed our time in Sydney."

"The space was as described, location was great walking distance to harbour, opera house, and plenty of shopping. We had requested two beds, the second was a pull out couch, which did not have linens and it took the girl at the desk a while to understand what it was we were requesting (sheets and pillow case)"
