"The Homegate Inn in Louisville, Mississippi is one of the worst motel/hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at. And I’ve stayed at LOTS of them. Everything was all run down when I’m checked into my room. The room was so hot and had the worst cigarette smell and mold stench I’ve ever had in a motel. I walked into my room and started sneezing and coughing as soon as I walked into the room when I complained all they would do is spray some Lysol and that was supposed to take care of it, but it didn’t help at all, so I still wound up having to stay because I couldn’t find another place to stay. The chair, couch and carpet are all ripped and stained up. The ONLY thing that was decent is the air conditioner. It actually cools the room off doesn’t get rid of the stink, but it does at least keep the room nice and cool. The motel is 30 miles from the church where my grandson is getting married. He’s lucky that I wanted to come to his wedding so much. Otherwise, this place would be nowhere close to be worth coming here."

"It was my first stay and was great , good A/C our room was super cold lol. We slept like a baby all night. The only thing the coffee wasn’t strong. I love drink my strong coffee in the morning , lol. everything else was fine"

"There was a mixup for my reservation for my one night stay .. it was cancelled not by me and no fault of the hotel manager or desk clerk it was due to third party resevation company ..The clerk ,manager and i got it all worked out good thing i had my email conformation and my credit card app to show when and when tranactions were done .i had made the 4 hour trip from west Tennessee to starksville Mississippi with my elder mom for family members graduation they took my information i had a was able to make sure we got a room .She was very nice about the situation told me relax we make sure you have good stay and see your family member walk that stage.upon check out the same two were on duty and asked how our room and stay was and asked about our graduate and wished her best luck for future .."
