"Pool was not clean. No towels at the pool. Staff was difficult to find to correct issues. Breakfast on Sunday ended at 9:30 but food was gone by 9:10. Won’t stay again. "

"The staff were extremely helpful and showed amazing hospitality as soon as we walked through the door. Throughout the stay I noticed staff members cleaning and organizing the lounge area. Our room was clean and give us the peace of mind that we could relax after a long day of traveling."

"Let me start by saying that the hotel staff was so nice here! The hotel parking lot had some huge potholes including some cones out where one should not drive. The room was clean but the overall hotel needs some renovations to keep up with the surrounding hotels. Bathroom sink was leaking and there was already a basket placed under it to catch the drips so they are clearly aware. For what we paid, it was okay for one night where we didn't need to spend much time there except for sleeping."

"DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I showed up room seemed nice floor was sticky to the touch all over the room and when I left for a little while I came back and found a cockroach climbing on the entertainment stand."

"Our TV didn’t work because the last people in our room took the HDMI cable. Even though we knew how to fix it they never got us a new cable. There was one particular front desk receptionist in the evening, her name was Juanita I think? She was extremely rude. She always had an attitude or acted “put out” if you needed to talk to her. At one point I went downstairs to ask her about the Amazon package I know had been delivered and she gave me an attitude, waved her arms around and said there’s nothing here the girl before me must’ve taken it. She didnt even look for it. The next day the manager walked in the back area and came back with the box. But please don’t think that all the staff is bad because everyone else was wonderful. At one point, our key cards stopped working. We went downstairs to ask about it. The girl with the attitude was there and re-swiped our cards. Another girl that was working the front desk and had just finished work offered to come up and make sure we could get in our room. I stayed downstairs in case the cards didn’t work. I was around the corner waiting & attitude girl started talking, smack about the other girl, and my son and I to the customers that were standing in the lobby. The other young lady helped us get in. I can’t remember her name, but she was very sweet and so is Stacie & the manager was nice. Unfortunately, I have 1 more complaint and that was the beds. I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my entire life!"

"It said check in was till 12 but when I got there around like 9 I couldn’t check in get inside the building or nun so i didn’t go at all can I get ah refund for the 30$ I had to put down fa the room"

"The room was dirty. Dust, hair, crumbs along the walls. Sheets had holes in them. Smelled like an ashtray. Surfaces were smudged with film. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this before. The front reception person was great."
