"The room met our expectations but the shower had a step of around 30cms which you climbed onto then stepped into a large bath/shower combo that would have been 45 cms. We stayed for 3 nights and when we arrived home on the 2nd night we had no hot water. There were 3 of us. Manager did not offer any alternative. 3rd night arrived home and still no hot water but were offered use of a shower in another room.."

"The room was great, however Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was not as good. 2 meals missed and wrong orders and no communication with staff. Total confusion. Make sure you get your orders repeated and confirmed."

"Great location big rooms. They forgot an extra towel in our room as we had 2 adults and 1 child. Didn’t like that the parking wasn’t free but all good because plenty of parking out the front of the hotel."

"In walking distance for the ANZAC Day service. Breakfast in the restaurant was huge and delicious. We found Mel in the bar to be very friendly and helpful."
