This motel was easy to find, extremely clean and well presented and our room was spacious. A light breakfast was provided. There was a pleasant eatery next door for the evening. Really good value for money.

Good location, pool and very good value continental breakfast. There was milk and bottled water in the fridge when we arrived. Very friendly and informative manager. The property was a little tired and in need of decoration reflecting the town which is struggling economically.

We booked a room for one night on our week long road trip from Brisbane to Airlie Beach. The room was exactly what we expected and ideal for one night. The free breakfast was an added bonus. The highlight of our stay was our dinner at Fusion 128, which was in the centre of Mackay but easily accessed by car.

Great place, friendly staff. Only stayed one night so didn't get to check out all the facilities, but thoroughly enjoyed the room and there was very fast wifi.

We stayed at International Lodge for two nights on our way up to Arlie Beach. The receptionist Hunter, was very polite and extremely helpful, his local knowledge was invaluable.

We had a average short stop here. It was an easy check in, and the hotel was helpful in leaving us a key as we arrived after reception had closed. The room was great, just want we needed. It was well equipped and we parked right outside our room. Excellent.

Very friendly owners. Nice room with plenty of space. No complaints.

A 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of Mackay; however because of torrential rain we took our hire car. Plenty of eating places and bars plus a huge shopping centre/outlet. The Reception manager was absolutely brilliant with a Smooth and painless check in and provided us with local information and directions. He even loaned us his own large umbrella to shelter us from torrential...
