Staff were friendly. Location is good. Walkable from Tran station. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Place was clean, staff was great. Only two electrical outlets and nothing near bed. Made it difficult for charging and sleeping with my travel cpap. No room air conditioning but cooler climate so not a huge deal. I would try another place next time.
This is a good property in a quiet but central location. The included breakfast on the rooftop is very nice and tasty with fresh coffee, juice, fruit, eggs, toast and avocado. Comfortable rooms and good hot water and AC!
New building, lovely staff, just a 5 minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu, and the train station. Breakfast is on their top floor with gorgeous views of the mountains and the Urubamba river.

Very friendly hosts. Let usstore our luggage after checkout
This was a decent hotel. The only issue was that most of the staff did not speak much English, making communicating difficult but not impossible. It was right next to the drop-off from the train station, so it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the hotel once we arrived by rail. The location was great, very central!
My stay at Qoya Palace - Machupicchu was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, even arranging a pickup from the train station, which made my arrival seamless and stress-free.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests.
The location was perfect—close to everything in Aguas Calientes, yet still peaceful. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of fresh options to start the day. I highly recommend Qoya Palace for anyone visiting Machu Picchu!
I liked the good location near the train station. But Aguas Calientes is so tiny, you can get anywhere in little time.
The entire hotel looks very good, very modern and it is very clean!
Their services are terrible, tough: very poor breakfast, very cold room (with no heating at all!), barely running warm water (had to leave the water run until it became warmer).
Very kind staff, comfortable lobby.
I loved the 7th floor where they served breakfast: stunning views of the Urubamba!
Room was clean and nice. Was a bit worried that it was close to rail but actually heard no noise at all.

The service was very pleasant and helpful. They answered questions and if you needed something they would help out right away. Pleasant family owed hotel. Brunch was real good. Area close to shops.
Basic hotel facility that command a high price only because of the location. The room is very basic with no chair and a single plug. Breakfast is also basic. No room cleaning was offered during out two night stay. Staff were very friendly.
Stayed here for 1 nite for our visit to Machu Pichu and it was great value and comfort. Nothing fancy, but walking distance from the train station and plenty of eateries/stores. They even went to the train station to walk us back to the hotel upon our arrival, so that was super nice after a long trek to MP. (Need to coordinate this service.)
The breakfast was nothing to note, but it will do for an early jump up to Machu Pichu. Overall a great value and clean/comfy place.
Highly Recommend!

Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. Amenities not okay. Near to Peru railway station and reastaurants. I never recommend for breakfast because its old stuff and also not much options.
We booked through hotels.com because of the description provided on their site, which is not at all accurate. Although there were some things that were acceptable, this hotel should not be highly rated as the accommodations simply are not in line with inflated the price it is offered at.
Positives: First, the staff was nice enough and the building was somewhat clean. The elevator worked, the beds are firm but comfortable enough, and the 7th floor breakfast area has a nice view (when sitting down) but don’t look below the window level. The outside air was cold when we were there in February but the staff kindly provided a portable heater, which made a huge difference in our comfort level.
Mediocre stuff: Breakfast was just okay and included cooked to order eggs, fresh fruit, cold rolls, small slices of ham product, cheese, coffee, tea and juice. However, there was no breakfast available at all on the day we went to see the Citadel (even though I verified with them twice the night before). Breakfast is typically served from 6-8 a.m. but the inconsistency left us to scramble for something to eat before we left. We met the gentleman that serves breakfast at 6:20 in the elevator (he was just getting out of bed); he was apologetic and followed us to the lobby to unlock the front entrance so that we could leave the building.
Now, on to negatives:
1 - We made the mistake of accepting an offer to let them clean our room; we were required to surrender our room key fo
Really nice hotel close to the train station. The host was absolutely incredible and dis everything in order for us to have a nice experience. I will be back.
