My stay here was great. Very happy.

Fabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.

Helpful staff and spotlessly clean. The buffet lunch is amazing

Great location

The hotel porters are really helpful whenever we had request such as asking about how to get around certain area in Macau. We felt we were well looked after. Free shuttles were provided from and to the hotel from the outer harbour ferry. We used the bar in the lobby twice during our stay. The service was slower than we anticipated. Ive been here several times and would go back again, everything went well with our trip nice hotel and friendly.

Excellent stay. In the more "normal area" of Macau (residential Chinese area). But 5 min from major casinos. Free transfer to the Ferry

The hotel has a lovely buffet nightly on level 4M. At a cost of 168.00 Hk dollars, plus tax is great value , especially in Macau. Seniors get a good discount on this meal, which is Portuguese and Macauan food. The hotel is excellent in all respects.Swimming pool is great, staff all friendly and helpful. Geographically the hotel is well located.

It is near to centre of Macau and various casinos , opposite to star world . Worth Staying in Macau .

Excellent location. Attentive staff. Wonderful service. Definitely will be back.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in

I wish I could have stayed longer it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Hong Kong/Macau region. Exceptional service (every single staff member went above and beyond to deliver the best service). The decor is exquisite, very palatial and beautiful flowers everywhere, they smell lovely and I couldn’t stop taking photos! Plus I had a view of the fountains from my room. There is so much to do from the gorgeous jacuzzi/pool area, the spa was dreamy and I loved my palace pedicure. Thats...
